After a quick phone call with one our Remodeling Consultants to discuss your project goals, we will schedule an in-home consultation. During this, we will evaluate your space, answer any questions, and gather essential information to provide preliminary budget guidance. We will also outline our process and the steps necessary to create a tailored plan that will help you achieve your remodeling objectives. We provide 3D models of your project and a 3D model of what the project will look like.

​ Next we do a project design phase, where we lay the foundation for your project's success! Our Remodeling Specialists are here to transform your vision into a detailed plan, guiding you our comprehensive checklist to define the full project scope and product selections. From choosing the perfect paint color to selecting cabinet door styles we’ll coordinate every detail while keeping your project goals and budget in mind. This engaging and interactive process ensures you see your remodel come to life, then signing the construction contract and scheduling your project. 

Our production Team is dedicated to keeping you updated on the progress, answering any questions you may have, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment in your home as we progress. The Pre-Production phase, we will order all necessary materials, finalize construction drawings and details, obtain permits, and schedule your project. Our production team will meet internally with your Remodeling Specialist to ensure a seamless transfer of information. Additionally, we will conduct an on-site walkthrough to guarantee a smooth handoff for your project.

As we transition into the production phase, your project foreman will be primary point of contact, overseeing the remodel directly. Our dedicated production team will provide you with regular updates on progress and schedule details, ensuring you are always informed about the status of your remodel. We're here to make the process smooth and transparent for you.

​At the end of your project, we ensure your space is move-in ready with professional cleaning, leaving it fresh and welcoming. Following our closing appointment, we'll schedule your 6-month and 12-month reviews to confirm you still love your space. You'll also enjoy priority status for any additional projects, maintenance work through our Handyman Division, or quick responses to any warranty requests. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
